Although new research suggests parents are concerned about their children’s lack of digital skills they often do so at the expense of their own. Which is why, here at Techwise, we offer bespoke digital skills training EXCLUSIVELY for parents!
From teaching basic computer skills to AI training, we recognise that parents need support developing their own digital skills. It's easy to assume that today's parents are digital natives but many have been left behind as new smartphones, tablets and other technologies have become the norm. We believe that digitally confident parents are more prepared to support their children to navigate and engage safely with the digital world.
We work closely with schools to identify and work with groups of parents who would benefit most from our short 6-8 week (online or in-person) digital skills training course. We tailor the content of each course to best suit each cohort and offer support beyond graduation. Our bespoke training helps parents actively participate in the digital world and helps foster a more secure and connected family environment.
